Shipping Policy
Upon placement of your order, there is a processing period of up to 24 hours before shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Carrier: USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or DHL.
Should you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to inform us promptly. Customers are granted a window of up to 2 business days from the date of delivery to notify us of any concerns. The duration of transit varies based on the chosen shipping method. Please note that transit time does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery estimates are provided as approximations.
We always strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. However, in some cases, packages may be lost or stolen during transit. When this happens, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim. However, the claims process can be lengthy and time-consuming. To expedite the claims process, Agape Key Natural, LLC gives you the option to add shipping insurance with Route on all orders. With Route, customers can file a claim with just a few clicks, and their replacement item will be shipped within 24 hours.
If a package is undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Unclaimed packages that are returned to Agape Key Natural, LLC will have 7 business days from the date of receipt to reclaim the package and pay for re-shipping.
During periods of hot temperatures, certain products may experience softening or potential melting while in transit or following delivery, particularly if left outdoors on a warm porch or in a mailbox.
We understand that this can be frustrating, but melting is a natural reaction to heat, and we cannot control the conditions during transit or delivery.
If your whipped butter melts, do not worry! The melting will not affect the quality of the product, but it will change the consistency. The whipped butter will become more like a body balm.
When a whipped product melts, the incorporated air bubbles collapse, leading to a decrease in volume. Consequently, although the container was initially filled to capacity, melting may result in reduced volume, visually appearing as though the container is only half full.
Store your body butter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. If you're in a hot climate, consider storing it in the refrigerator or freezer for a refreshing application.
Summer Shipping Notice!
To protect your body butter during the hot summer months, we take extra precautions to ensure your products arrive in optimal condition. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Thermal Ice Packs: All body butter orders are packed with thermal ice packs to help prevent melting during transit. While we take every care, sometimes ice packs may rupture, causing minor water leakage inside the package. Please rest assured that your body butter is securely sealed in airtight jars and remains unaffected by any leakage.
2. Shipping Recommendations: We highly recommend choosing next-day shipping during summer to minimize the time your package spends in potentially hot conditions.
3. Handling Upon Arrival: If you notice any water in your package, it is likely due to a ruptured ice pack. This does not affect the quality of your body butter, as all products are tightly sealed.
4. No Reimbursements for Melting: Despite our precautions, Agape Key is not responsible for any melting that occurs during transit. We do not offer reimbursements for melted products.
