Shipping

Once your order is placed, it can take up to 24 hours to ship.  We will send tracking when your order ships.

Shipping Carrier: USPS Priority Mail 

-Sometimes: UPS & DHL

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Agape Key Natural LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We always try our best to serve our customers as quickly as possible, and while we will be able to assist you in most situations, working with our shipping companies can oftentimes result in filing a claims that may or may not be resolved.

By purchasing shipping insurance with Route, completing a claim is only a click away, and allows your claim to be processed within 24 hours. Your replacement item will get to you in no time at all.

 If the package is returned back to Agape Key Natural, and the customer would like the package to be re-shipped. The customer will be responsible for re-shipping fee. 

Refused Package

No Refund.

If the customer package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fee. Unclaimed packages that are sent back to Agape Key Natural LLC will have 7 business days from receiving date to re-claim package and pay for re-shipping.

Cancel Order

All sales are final. Agape Key All Natural Products LLC does not offer cancellations. Fraudulent orders will be canceled, refunded and the customer will receive an email with details and will have the option to re-order after the email is sent. 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
