MELTING POLICY
The consistency of this product will change in warm to extreme heat and/or cold weather. Softening will not affect the quality of the product, but the whipped consistency may decrease. We package to decrease the risk of butters melting during the summer months. We cannot issue refunds for melted products, therefore please ensure to track shipment to refrain from package sitting in a hot mailbox.

WHIPPED BODY BUTTER MELTED

If your whipped body butter is exposed to high temperatures, which can happen during shipping, the body butter may melt. When the consistency changes from a fluffy whip to a liquid, the volume will appear to have decreased accordingly. Even though the jar is filled up to the brim, it may not seem that way with melted products. We would encourage you to place your body butters in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.The consistency may change slightly, but the quality and scent should remain the same. The body butters will not be fluffy after removing from the refrigerator due to the previous melting.
